During the last 1.5 years we have been dealing with covid I have bought a lot online with little to no delivery problems. I ordered some spices from a reputable company to have for my son's graduation party, so I could make his favorite dishes. Well on Monday July 12 it was in Truro which is less than an hour away so I figured there would be no issue getting my order on my guaranteed delivery date of July 14. Boy was I wrong when I checked on it that day it was back in New Brunswick in Dieppe which is where it has been for the last week and when I call they say that they can't tell me when it will be delivered.This is some grade a BULLS$#T. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
