They will give you the run around can’t find your package. The fedex in Perrysburg oh on j street. You go up there and try to pick up package you have to call a number never picks up I drove 30 minutes and still didn’t receive my package. The attempted to deliver my package to me on 8/18/21 I wasn’t home. I called they said it will be delivered 8/19/21 I took off work no one never showed up. I call spoke with a manager she said she was going to locate my package and let them know I will pick up. She would call me back she never did. I called back spoke with someone said they will have a manager call me never did. I called back a guy who said he was manager told me to pick up my package I drove 30 minutes and had to call a number and no one picked up the security people couldn’t even help. My package is supposed to be held. I call 8/21/21 they have it out on a truck for delivery smdh it was suppose to be held. I told the lady on the phone to just tell them to leave it at the door. Don’t take my package with them if im not at home. I don’t like fedex

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
