I don't know why they don't have the option for no star, I have never ever had a flawless FedEx delivery, this last experience with them has been the worst. My package did get delivered, BUT NOT TO ME, when I had them open an investigation about the missing package they did and was very nice about it and reassured me they where investigating the matter. But no return calls , no package, and I got a text message stating if I didn't hear from them by a certain date to contact the seller of my package and get them to handle the situation, FedEx please know that if I am in need of something on this planet, I will walk backwards barefoot and go get it, before I would ever think of employing FedEx.. never thought that a carrier could be worse then USPS but FedEx saw a challenge and had someone hold their beer.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
