I received a phone message that my package would be delivered before 5 pm on Thursday, Sept 6. I was home all day and at about 6:30 when it had not arrived I called the customer service line and was told that a delivery attempt was made at about 10:30 am on September 1 and that my package was being held at a fedex centre and that I was to go and pick it up. I was also told that if I wanted a second attempt I needed to contact the sender, which I did and was told no problem, but it was odd, because fedex was supposed to make 3 attempts before holding it at a centre. I have kept the voice mail message from fedex to prove that it was to be delivered on Thursday. This has inconvenienced me and the sender, I will not use fedex for any shipments, and will not recommend fedex to anyone.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
