We have had several packages delivered to our neighbor's house instead of ours, even though our house is visible from the road and our house number is on the mailbox AND on the front of the house. Today, I received an email that our order from Amazon had been delivered and left at the front door. No. It was at the neighbor's house and NOT at the front door. It had literally been thrown out onto their gravel driveway. The box was in pieces and so were the contents of our package. FedEx used to be good but has become absolutely horrible. Their drivers do not care about their deliveries, where they are dropped off nor what condition the package and merchandise are in. The drivers should have to pay for the damaged items when they're literally thrown out of their trucks!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
