As for delivery: - no sticky notice for myself on my building door, mail boxes, or apartment door yet there were 2 other FedEx stickers for others so they can gain access to the building Phone calls - not one phone call or voicemail stating an attempt to deliver was made, your shipment is ready. Apparently this day and age the costumer has to watch their shipments like hawks now - got a SNOTTY phone call from a private number (???) From a FedEx representative who told me they have tried SOOO MUCH to deliver it and when I asked if it was the normal to not leave the delivery sticker got a curt reply that the driver did and I just need to pay attention. Was told my package would be ready for pick up Saturday and a location, agreed on by me, close to me home - Robot voice ON SPEAKER PHONE hangs up on me after saying FedEx Ground...TWICE without me pressing any buttons - package is now at a location 45 minutes away from my house....?! WHAT THE HELL FED EX Package pick up - NO package ready saturday or Monday afternoon -tracking number just keeps saying delayed

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
