I recieved package once again and it was destroyed and had some kind of wet liquid all over it and package was opened. I'm sick of this. There should be sealed boxes or packages especially with covid I shouldn't be getting packages with things spilled on it. That's disgusting. All items seem to been there but all wet had to clean and gonna have to put in plastic bags for three days or more. They better hope I don't get sick from everything in box being exposed. I haven't said anything in past but fed up. Something is not right. The company that sent it is a pharmaceutical so has to be sealed properly cuase of contents. So it is happening in shipping process. Please check into this for me. I appreciate it. I didnt even want to rate a 1 star but it makes you do so to submit. Sorry i had to be the bearer of bad rating. I do believe I deserve better service and at least one package out of the hundreds I recieve in good shape.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
