We sent a door to door shipment (which was a gift for my mom, from Istanbul to Doha, they said it will arrive in 5 days, and it did from Istanbul to Doha, but never delivered to our home, it took 18 days to deliver to our home, and they let us pay for the warehouse storage in Doha, The worst part was after it arrived to Doha we were calling everyday for it, and they answer you should give us the ID WHICH WE DID OVER THAN 8 times over mail and whats app and messages, every day they were saying now we have the ID tomorrow you will receive the shipment, and it was all lies. I have all the messages and the names in both offices, Istanbul and Doha.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
