I was told that my package was delivered Oct. 15 . It might have been , but not to my house again. This is the second time that this has happened. I called Fed ex, told them , they gave me a case number and that's the last I've heard from anyone. That was 5 days ago, it seems that they can't handle the business that they are suppose to provide . The package that was lost (delivered) last time was delivered to the wrong address , The report said the driver had trouble trying to get the package to the porch because the dogs wouldn't leave him alone. Well guess what , I don't have any dogs ! Then suddenly 4 days later my package was left on the stairs of my porch secretly. I if had a choice, I would never again use FED EX !

  • Driver left package at street. It rained 1 inch that night. Driver took time to write: so sorry In a rush. We happened to see package when leaving the next day. Totally soaked!

  • Driver delivered time sensitive materials in the wrong house and it’s been a day and we still don’t have any update on where is the parcel. It’s pathetic service
