I understand qualifications would require a driver's license but do they have to read and know how to use a navigation system? I understand it's hard to find help period but good help seems to be almost impossible, in lots of fields, not just delivery services. The FEDEX truck came up to my house yesterday, 12/05/2021, sat there for a minute. When I heard the truck it was turning around and leaving. I have lived here for over 30 years and it seems the service keeps getting worse! What can we do to help? My sister has the same issues in another area. My address is 20401 Jackson Road, Callaway, MD 20620 Can you call me or look me up and see what the issue could be.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
