Fed ex is the worse courier service ever!!!! Got a call from FedEx last Friday that my package would be delivered on Saturday and must be signed with proof of ID. They would be here between 8-5:00. Stayed home and no delivery. Was told Sunday it would come, no delivery Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and still nothing!!! I called every day to speak to a customer service representative and that in itself is a long process then I would get someone from Guatemala, and other countries. I was told by someone on Tuesday that it was guaranteed to be delivered that day and I would get a call that evening to make sure it was delivered, no package and no call! How in the world can people still use them? So I would give them the very lowest rating available! So I give them a big fat 0!!!!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
