You guys are top notch, most professional drivers most courteous people you could ever meet they would go out of their way to help a elder person a disabled person or even a healthy person they are good good people and I mean that from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to FedEx I'm Nascar fan and watch it on TV or they advertise your car or FedEx on your car it just brings me back to the your personnel that does the delivery and your Warehouse people that do the sorting don't get enough credit at all I think that you all should take them out to a lunch or a free dinner a banquet to show how much appreciation that us people that depend on you guys that make them feel good thank you very much

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
