I hate complaining, but I’m so frustrated with this company! I diligently track my parcels every time to ensure I’m home when they arrive. This morning the tracking on the Fedex’s own website showed my my parcel arrived in Sydney Aus a few days ago, and this morning at 5am was in the city I live in. Often times when my parcels arrive this early I can expect they will be delivered the same day, so I changed my plans to be home. At 10am I checked the website again to see if the tracking was updated to “Delivering” and to my dismay it showed that it was back in Sydney! I then called the Customer Service number to get confirmation that my parcel was indeed here and not going back and forth in a truck and I continued to hold for 58 minutes before someone (from Malaysia) actually took my call. Thankfully, I was assured my parcel is not in Sydney, although the tracking still shows that. Running a small home based business, I rely on the tracking information being correct. And in the event I have a query about a delivery, waiting an hour to speak to someone is really unacceptable.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
