We receive a large number of packages, the ones arriving by USPS or UPS I never worry about. Every FedEx shipment seems to come with issues. Everything from finding packages left in bushes near the road, one hung on the red metal flag of our mailbox (which broke under the weight), the time a FedEx delivery man hit the hood of my Jeep with something hard, intended to scare my dog but instead denting the vehicle's hood, and marking packages as undeliverable due to weather on a dry, warm day. I dread retailers who use FedEx. Oh, and we cannot count the times a driver has pulled into our circle drive and sat there... when we come out to collect our package, we're told it must be on another truck. Honestly, I don't know how FedEx stays in business, especially rural routes (I have a friend who says FedEx routinely tosses her packages over the fence of her bull pasture -- that's fun). Retailers: Please do NOT use FedEx.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
