I ordered some medical equipment for home use from Ontario Canada, I live in BC, in November, it’s now Dec 17th and I still do not have it despite phoning them several times and just getting the run around and being told the same lie repeatedly. According to their own site my package has just been sitting in a warehouse in Alberta for 2 weeks now, I even received one email from Fedex saying that there was a problem with the parcel and I needed to contact them or it would be returned to the shipper. When I called Fedex they said there was no problem. Fedex sent me notices saying it was going to be delivered by 5:00pm on Dec 6/7/8/9 and it never arrived, it’s still just sitting in a warehouse in Alberta according to them. I believe they’ve lost my order, $600 worth of medical supplies, and they think if they just indefinitely keep giving me the run around that maybe they’ll actually find it one day! Honestly, I’ve NEVER NOT had a problem receiving items when delivered by Fedex, they’re the absolute worst and I would never use them for shipping anything, anywhere at anytime. Guess getting a terminally ill woman her medical supplies is just not high on there list of priorities no matter how many times I call them, good grief, I’m not waiting for a cocktail dress to wear to a Christmas party, IT’S MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!! Maybe if I had written Santa Claus asking for my medical supplies I might have had at least a chance of maybe receiving them! ???

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
