FedEx delivery service has gone so far downhill it is ridiculous! This is the 2nd time in a month they have messed up a delivery. The first time it was noted the package was delivered but it was NOT delivered to the correct address and could not provide the location where they left it. When I tried to reorder the item, it was, of course, unavailable. Now, for the 2nd time in less than a month, they have failed to so their job and have not yet delivered a package that is a major gift for Christmas. It was to have been delivered last Wedmesday, then it moved to Friday (the 17th) and now there is no delivery date available! I am sick of poor customer service. You have 1 JOB to do....DO IT RIGHT!!! For the money charged for the service, these issues should NOT be this commonplace!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
