FedEx received my package on 3/21/22 & it sat on the runway watching plain go or come since 3/25/22. What it was waiting for who knows? I'm sure there were other packages going to Oklahoma City, but it sat there . I guess wondering to take the trip by way of road or air. FedEx said would be at my address 3/28/22 But FedEx I guess that was to soon to arrive in OKC because it was 7 days since FedEx had I'm packaged. So now it was to get here on thev29th but it is still in Dallas TX. Get through Dallas in one day I doubt it. If they had put my packaged on a truck on the 3/22/22 it would have been here, But FedEx kept it on the ground from 3/21 to 3/26, Shame on FedEx & they need to Refund the company that shipping me my package!!!!!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
