Absolutely horrible!!! My package was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of this month, I received a phone call from fedex about the package having the wrong address, I correct the "mistake", they then say okay it'll be there on the 29th, on that day still no package, I spoke to someone again, they say "oh sorry ma'am, we'll have it to you on the 30th by 8, I spoke to them again last evening and they assured me that they spoke to the driver and it would be delivered by 8....still nothing, then I get a notice today saying that they are returning the package to the sender because of "bad delivery address" smh horrible, horrible service, the only reason I gave a 1 star rating is because there is no option for zero.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
