Worst service ever Failed to deliver on 3 occasions so wasted 3 days waiting in Online chat service totally useless Eventually reached customer services who told me delivery would be expedited due to the nature of the parcel only to have to call them back a further 3 times to eventually be told that there would be no delivery and it would possibly be up to another 1-2 weeks because of backlog By the time this info was passed on to me it was too late in the day to begin sourcing an alternative It was the day before Easter bank holiday and we subsequently lost the contract as we were unable to start work after the break If you had been honest at 9am it may have been a different outcome Thanks FEDEX you are absolutely totally & completely useless

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
