FedEx review by Walmart customer
I order 2 40" tvs through Walmart 1 was a 2 hrs delivery a little extra but I got it the 2nd one was from California through FedEx. Was supposed to arrive on the 20th got here a couple days early said out for delivery then when I checked back that night after waiting all day see that it says delayed. Check the shipping history and you guys sent it back to California. Had to get a refund because I couldn't replace due to us moving 3 days later. My son still doesn't have a tv for his room. Very very disappointed. Now I have 2 mattresses coming for Walmart through you guys again. Pray you guys do your jobs so my children can stop sleeping on my pullout couch.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
