If I could give a negative number I would. Got a postcard saying pkg had wrong address. Undeliverable. Funny thing ....the address on my postcard was perfect. Go figure! Calling customer service to clarify lead me to 3 calls, 2 voicemails and now an email to the CEO. Incompetent employees

  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.
