I drove 45 miles to Dalton office and went in and give them my package with postage paid for delivery on the 26th of April and I have the tracking number and I have looked it up on the tracking of package and it does not tell me anything just trying to find if it made it to the place in canton,MA and left email for them to keep me updated on the delivery of it but so far nothing at all it has been four days now and I don't even know if it has moved at all so far this is not looking good them I should have just used the post office they keep me informed when I have a tracking number updates every day so the next time I will not be using them any more and if I don't know anything by Monday they need to pay me for the valve of the package .and yes I have called the place to where it should be going to and they said they have not got it yet .

  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.

  • Fwd we'd is the worst! I will cancel an order before using them! I have had new cell phones stolen by their drivers and packages destroyed!
