FedEx has lost 2 packages on two consecutive uses. That’s 0/2 0% success rate! USPS is like 99% successful, UPS is like 98% successful for me and Amazon, had over 100+ (probably) deliveries since they started shipping (5+ years) and it is at least a 90% a few went to wrong houses, but FedEx is a 0% success rate! First order they claimed package was stolen out of warehouse, seller used UPS, three days later package arrived! Second time with FedEx after waiting 2+ weeks for a “free 4 day shipping” FedEx said they just forgot to scan it so that’s why it was sitting in a warehouse. 2 weeks later they said they can’t find it at all. Lost. Seller through eBay has to issue a full refund including shipping costs. Now I have a third package coming using FedEx and I have my fingers crossed. Third times a charm right? LOL FedEx as of now 0/2

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
