TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will not be using companies that partners with FedEx as their carrier. It never fails...fake delivery attempts being made, no door tags are left but drivers are falsely scanning items to register attempt made. They’re entering door tag numbers but not leaving them on the door because delivery attempts are NOT being made. All other carriers have no issue delivering to a specific address. Actually received 2 different deliveries from 2 different carriers within the time frame that FedEx was suppose to deliver a package. Instead of the Supervisor finding resolution, she very rudely made excuses, came up with scenarios and took no accountability that maybe it’s the drivers fault and they are not doing their job. I wish I could post the video on here showing that NO FedEx driver presented to the delivery address. Do Better FedEx-130 Leroy Street location is deplorable! There was no option to give 0 stars. That is the only reason why there is 1 Star.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
