FedEx review by Didn't arrive.
FedEx just drove by my house and dropped off packages at three different homes I asked him about mine and he said he did not have one for me I said online it says that you should have. What the heck I rearranged being able to stay home today because it was supposed to be here on the 18th but then they change it to the 17th so I had to rearrange my days twice because this has to be signed for. I don't think I can rearrange my day again They aren't going to be real happy with me to do this. What is going on with this service? Shouldn't there be a minus star instead of all stars It won't let you pick none

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
