I sent a package with FedEx and I paid international priority. The first facility they stay with my package for 12 days. Then it took 8 days from Burundi to United Kingdom. Then the packs stays there for 5 days and I had no idea where the package was The tracking system showed that the package was in transit. I called all offices and one guy decided to tell me that is is in UK. I kept call, after 36 days the package was delivered already damaged. It had a medical sample and were no longer valid. They didn’t refund me I had to find another carrier where it took 9 days only to get the package to me. I can’t recommend FedEx to any of my friends even domestic.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
