I hate when I see a package is being delivered by fed- ex. I've had packages left at my front door (that does not have a covered porch, or a porch at all) that's not used and has an old over grown,with weeds, ramp leading up to it. By doing so I've had several packages messed up by rain. Filed a claim still to this day I have heard nothing back. It's been over a year. They have left packages at the end of our drive way because the driver thinks it's ok just to throw heavier packages out the truck. Guess he/ she thinks it's ok to leave then where they land instead of putting there where they won't get stolen or messed up. I have a huge dislike for fed-ex!!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
