Misfits Markets just started using Fed Ex. 2 weeks ago 2 boxes were to be delivered I non perishable arrived. Other never FOUND. last week 2 non perishable was delivered. Today 2cwere to be delivered. I non perishable arrived at 2pm. I raced for driver He said Only 1 box on truck Other" at the stafuon". I checked app Shows out fir delivery. Just called Tokd " Arrived at 4 15 am but still at the starion". Which is it . Asking for supervisor I waited explained Cut off. Cld again Now SUDDENLY ZUT IS ON A TRUCK WAS SINCE 4 15 rescinded at 535 pm Will be delivered by 8pm. Really which story is it. Seems that theft goes on at Stratford Ct location. I worked for Emery Worldwide Claims 'eat > know game stations play. Yet using the app no accurate info. This shipment packed Wed. If delivered Sat it will be spoiled. What a mess Fed Ex is really bad . No Cust Svc Mgr or exec. I intend to pursue this w shipper and others in Exec capacity. Bad system

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
