I lost out on two medical deliveries due to damage by the driver on the first delivery (that driver tossed the package out of the truck into the street breaking the glass vile inside), and so I requested a second delivery with a required signature so that the driver would be forced to bring it to the door. The driver never brought it to the door or left a notice as required. They just said they attempted. I have cameras on my property that showed no truck ever coming onto my property. Each prescription costs me $3k. I have another delivery scheduled for Monday as the prescription must be refrigerated and will go bad by them storing it in a warehouse until Monday. I plan to sue if the third delivery does not make it to my home. My brother (also my lawyer) says we should sue anyways since the first damaged delivery already caused me to be hospitalized for two days. At this point Fedex has cost me 18 thousand dollars by their inability to make a simple delivery. If the next delivery does not make it I will be suing for $21k.

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
