My bell rang by the time I get to the door the delivery person left.I paid$40 for overnight delivery. My package entails a check to go to my home country for a burial. I called 10 times minutes after for a redelivery.On each occasion I was told we submitted a request. It's more than 24hrs now. I was hung up on no remorse.I was told that I should come to the office which is out of reach or wait for Monday. I am scheduled to leave for the funeral tomorrow, which will be held on Monday. Now my family member won't be able to be buried on Monday. I have to cancel my flight. Isn't this a shame.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
