I have never in my entire life received such horrible horrible horrible customer service. I talked to 18 people with fedex today not one person could help me I just kept getting passed on and passed on 3 of the representatives 1 just hung up on me and 2 of the others put me through to a service service system which was ultimately just hanging up on me be cause you take the survey you're done they hang up. It's fed ex for God's sake 1 of the largest corporations in the world . My package was never delivered I paid the fee they did not deliver the service all I want is a call tag so that they can try to deliver the package again

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
