FedEx review by Ricky Thompson

Driver delivered a package yesterday and handed it to me and was the wrong package so i told him it wasn't mine (the address for it was about 5 miles away)so he looked at me like i didn't know what i was talking about so then he proceeded to hand me another package that happened to be from Omaha steaks that wasn't mine either. I told him again that wasn't mine. I ask him was he sure he had something for me and he didn't really give an answer. Do then he picked up another package and i asked him where was the package for me coming from and his answer was "I don't know. The packages are in the truck when i get there." Then he picks up a package and reads the address and said this isn't yours and i said yes it is that's where you are right now. What really annoys me about this the most is if i hadn't meet him at the truck he would have left some really expensive food at my house for someone else and it would have said it was delivered when someone tracked it. I would definitely have taken it to the rightful address myself but my point is this guy didn't have a clue not even close to clue what he was doing. I was in the freight business for 45 years so I'm pretty knowledgeable on how this works and that's the reason I'm writing this unbelievable (to me) review. I have my opinions on the reasons behind this but personally if you really want professional service you need to use UPS. I have another delivery soon and i hope it comes to me and not someone else.
