I would just like to say how FedEx lost my package its still not been delivered so I've got to wait 8/16/2022 before the seller of what I bought can do anything so that's going to be eight days past when they so called delivered it then I'll have to wait three to four more days after that thanks a lot FedEx for causting me time and more but it gets better what is FedEx going to do about it nothing at all they don't care it's not no big deal to them and when you call them about your lost item it takes four hours to talk to a human and then they can't tell you anymore than what you found out with the tracking number I wish FedEx would have to pay the receiving customer every day it was late or lost by them then they may start carrying about there customers terrible terrible customer service and all around terrible company i hope everyone gets to read this review and decides to ship with any company but FedEx

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
