I was getting a package from the east coast to San Diego CA. I paid extra for it to be delivered in 1 to 2 business days. The package made it to San Diego the next day, however when getting sorted at the airport, it got put on a trailer to Costa Rica, where it got held up by customs. 9 days later still did not receive package which contained my replacement atm card, meaning I had no access to any of my money. I was talked around in circles by multiple employees until I finally talked to a gentleman named Josh who was finally able to help me, he did not speak to me in a condescending manner like his coworkers and he actually called me back with updates when he said he would,in like his coworkers. Thank you Josh!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
