I have never in my life been so unimpressed with such bad service. Not only have we asked this company a few times to put our Parcels on the porch which is just an easy open the door drop the Box inside effort. Not only are they not doing that this morning I went outside no I'm sorry I did not go outside because the parcels were left directly in front of my door and I couldn't even open the door to get them and they were left underneath the eaves and my packages are soaking wet they do this every time they drop off packages what kind of service is this any idiot can know that this house has a porch on the front and all you have to do is open the door and put the packages inside but no you leave them outside under the dripping Eaves right in front of the door so I have to wedge my way out to get them and bring them inside where they belong.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
