Battery for VW Passat, ordered and dispatched on December 13th for next day delivery. The battery arrived on Monday 19th six days later! On three occasions it was alleged to be out for delivery, 14th, 15th and 16th, and three times returned to the Fedex depot as the customer (me) was unavailable. I being retired was at home every day. The people "running" FedEx need to get their fingers out of their or A.N Others backsides and start doing what they are paid to do!! This time of year is always busy, so make contingency plans to cover this period. It is not the delivery drivers fault, they suffer from the prats in the office, so lets be fair and be polite to them. In short FedEx is crap!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
