  • Disappointing service. Parcel took over a week to deliver. At one stage they said their drivers were not willing to go to that area and wanted the recipient to collect from Cape Town. This was barely a week after we had successfully sent a parcel that was delivered at the recipient's doorstep by another courier. FedEx caused us unnecessary stress and delays. Will avoid you like the plague!!!

  • I shipped a key from Fedex in Allen on Saturday March 16th and lady said my som will receive it on Tuesday March 19th . Today is March 25th but my son on Thomasville ,Ga didn’t get that yet ! I tracked it right now and it’s still in Tallahasse , Florida .I don’t know why it’s too slow!

  • Received text Tues 19 March to pay duty - after several attempts trying to pay and an hour later, phoned Rotherham and arrangement made for person to call me back for phone payment - sorted, confirmation recd. Website said delivery Wed 8.15-12.15. Wed 19th - checked delivery - parcels still in Delhi. Text message asking for duty to be paid. Thurs 20th phone message asking for duty to be paid. Explained it was done Tuesday, expected delivery Friday. No delivery Friday. No weekend FedEx deliveries Monday 25th, phoned Rotherham - on system it said ‘waiting for duty to be paid!!! Give me strength!!! This is stock for my fairs and I’ve already missed this weekend!
