Im not certain what Fedex requires one to know in order to become a delivery driver for them, but I feel the most important ability one should possess is the ability to drive, yes..drive on ALL surfaces, even wet dirt roads, see my wife and I live in a very rural part of Georgia and if we have items scheduled to be delivered on a rainly day, you can bet your behind that by 5:30 if you track the expected delivery it will say Delyed, or delivery was attempted..but wasn't. Like yesterday, it sprinkled a little and sure enough at 5:30 it showed our expected delivery had been delayed and sent back to Macon for inspection..two weeks ago we had a delivery delayed for 3 days in a row, had it been some life saving medication, I would have certainly died waiting on my delivery that showed up 3 days late simply because the driver can't drive on a wet or even moist dirt road!! Our packages are just as important to us out here in Rural America and yes on Dirt roads as those who live on the hard roads!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
