I paid for package to be delivered at 8am it arrived after the courier left. The first person by the name of Minnion was dry told me I have 2 options u cannot talk to anyone about a refund until the package arrives but u can talk to someone about where your package is and what time it will be delivered she says which one do u want I said u should just say I have one option. I then asked for a supervisor I talked to David. He was very concerned and customer focused I appreciate that. I then received a call from Elaine who reassured me the package would be delivered sometime today not Tomorrow at 8pm.i should be able to reassure ANYONE that FedEx is number 1 for delivery next day I am a FedEx employee I would rather say go to the post office for a guaranteed delivery. Now I have to wait until the package is delivered to request a refund I expected a smooth delivery I hope I have NO problem in getting my refund I know there is a fine print to that or maybe not since I paid $198.49

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
