I have ordered several things and FedEx was a deliverer and each time they had some Lane brain excuse that they couldn't get it to the door it was left at the end of a long driveway in the trees both two of them were one one excuse was listed at the gated driveway there is no gated driveway anywhere on my road they looked down the road and saw a gate to the left of the driveway that's the excuse they gave then another excuse they left it at the end of the driveway saying that there was an animal out there no animals out they're all in fences another one I got from Walmart that FedEx delivered they just left it at the end of the driveway didn't even bother to drive up the driveway to leave it at one of two houses up there I'm very displeased with FedEx they don't know how to deliver I've already called FedEx once I'm calling them again tomorrow I don't want to use them anymore if it has to be FedEx I guess I won't be ordering from Walmart anymore

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Really, I would give this last delivery 4 1/2 stars. Mostly good, and i provided them with feedback, about my only minor criticism.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
