Last year FedEx claimed that they delivered my package but the driver throws the package from the window of his truck in snow in front of my garage door and he left never see any thing myself as he left some one pass by and they pickup 2 hours late I check on line show that the package was delivered with a pitcher that they supposedly taken by driver , as I read this on my computer i run outside to take look it was hone I loss $2,150 value I call them and telling me that the parcel was with evidence delivered . My front door was there he never ring door bell he dind even get out of his truck he just threw from his window in front of my garage and it was stoled by samd one that the following thd fedex truck as I can exctilly saying this that a week letter my cross street house he have a camera on his garage wall and it show all.. They never pay me or give me any thing they said to me that if I wanted to have delivered personally I after have the sender ask and payd extra for obtain a signature on delivery . Slapy service of delivery that is a terrible . I was sick to my stomach and I couldn't sleep for a week . Thanks to this big company of delivery .

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
