Have 3 deliveries scheduled. Two were supposed to be delivered 4/30 (2 day shipping) but the items are still in grove city Ohio and nowhere near Pennsylvania. The other package came into New York went to New Jersey and then bypassed Pennsylvania and went to grove city Ohio and then they decided that it was to come back to Pennsylvania and it was to be delivered on the 27 of April. Every time I check the tracking on the website either the info is gone or it is constantly changing and forget customer service. They are a complete joke. They have no idea what is going on except contact your shipper like they are reading from cue cards. What a waste of service only have one star because it would not let me proceed without rating

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
