Worst service I really had. I wrote the correct address on the envelope then also they said it’s wrong I said okay then correct it. They did that but after 11 days. It was supposed to be deliver on 3rd July but not yet delivered. From 15th July it’s showing out of delivery but not yet delivered. It’s now 18th July. Worst experience if they don’t won’t to work they close the company. Even there charges for an envelope delivery is 3times of the Canada post. But service 0. The Canada post delivered my envelope in 4 days only. I don’t know what they are doing. CAUTION - WORST SERVICE OF FEDEX DO NOT TRY WITH THEM.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
