Terrible, system never gets updated..Pesonell lacking in doing a good job. I live in California..If it is within the state the tracking is better, not great, but better. From one state to another, forget it. I have had more than once my package to get one city away from me only to start going backwards. Goes halfway back then turns around and starts back to me with a new delivery date of another week...Stoneberry and Masseys is who i order from..Not any more..will advise them they need to change carriers or lose customers..They charge enough in shipping fees that better delivery service should be provided..my recent order left the warehouse 07/11 was received by fed ex 07/12 and is still showing @ fed ex in KS 7/20 with deliver date 7/19...

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
