I currently have two packages missing via FedEx carrier. They are unable to successfully complete a delivery that involves a post office box. This is not the first time this has happened, and If I had a choice I would never use their services. It is impossible to speak to a customer service representative to try to identify the source of the problem. I attempted to chat online and was asked to spend five dollars in order to have a representative call me. This is absolutely ludicrous.

  • FedEx is not serious in anyway. My package was at Mumbai facility on 4th Nov 2024 & it was with them till 20th Nov 2024 saying pending for Custom clearance and difficult to reach the right ones to have an update. Additionally when it arrived on 21st in Hinjewadi and on portal saying package will deliver on same day before 8th pm and it was not delivered saying "Delivery exception. Incorrect address" where as when I called one of known person he was saying it is late to deliver. Service is very pathetic

  • The parcel was not delivered on time, I called to ask to leave it at the nearest post office, and the parcel is still somewhere on the way. When you call support, they say wait for the package to arrive. When will the package arrive 281480057235?

  • Delivery boy passing a wrong information, without any visit he did update the status consignee isn’t available. Whereas 3-4 persons are available every time on company’s gate.
