FedEx technical support is the worst. We shipped packages from Colombia, but upon arrival in Panama we were told we still owed a small amount of money (less than $100). No problem. How do we pay. Since they don't accept credit cards, we were told the easiest way to pay was to get a Federal Express account and pay through our account. Then the frustrations began! I signed up as a personal account but the site keeps treating me as a commercial account, and won't complete the process accessing my account requiring an RUV number which, not being a business, I don't have. Customer service people have been great, and have tried to help, but it keeps going back to tech support. When I spoke briefly with a tech support woman, I was chastised and told I shouldn't be contacting tech support and the cycle continued. It took 3 weeks before I was told that I could drive to a nearby city and pay there. I finally found a way to pay and paid this past Friday. I immediately sent a copy of the receipt to FedEx as they required. It is now Wednesday, and tracking my shipment shows it is still in Panama City. This experience has created frustration and aggravation beyond belief, not to mention hours spent on the telephone with customer service. I can't help but wonder "Will I ever get my packages?"

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
