Pcg. sched. for PU driver claimed " no one home" lied we wer home waiting, this pkg. was next day overnight for Med sample DEL. notified FedEx set up for next day PU. before 9 am had to leave for Dr. appt.at 1pm no PU.yet I left PKG. on front porch. when we gat back at 3 30 Pm it was gone tracking finally out for Del. but might be too late., we will see, hope not, as this was a second attempt from 2 Mo. ago Dr is frustrated. I will try to get them to use a diff. shipper but out of my control.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
