Package taken to Fed Ex store at 3 PM on Wednesday. Did not get into FedEx system until 3 PM on Thursday so has not arrived as promised on Friday.

  • Twice terrible service with FedEx ! Paid $200 for package to be delivered from Ft Myers to Cape Town South Africa! Never ever arrived! Now again I paid $106 to send package to Konz in Germany, was supposed to arrive in 3 days time!!Now 5 days later still has not arrived!! Unbeknown to me the clerk at the FedEx office put the business address was residential, and, worst of all spelt the name of the business incorrectly! Disgraceful service! Two strikes now, will use a different carrier next time for sure!!

  • I have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to track my parcel in real time, track the delivery truck. I still can't find information where I should go to do this. I downloaded the app and spent a lot of time trying to find it there. It's virtual assistant is a joke. I can't stand FedEx. I sure wish it was sent ups.
