When delivered, it was left at an abandoned house next door. Was the driver blind? THERE ARE NO NUMBERS ON THE HOUSE, THERE ARE NO CURTAINS/BLINDS, THERE WAS JUNK ALL ON THIS PORCH...COME ON!!!!. When I called today which is Tuesday Dec 10th, and told it was delivered, I went and looked under my porch rug, the welcome mat. Then I JUST HAPPENED TO TURN TO THE EMPTY HOUSE, AND THERE IT SAT...REALLY!!! This was an important document that if opened could have caused personal loss. I have never had this happen with Fed-Ex, but for this to happen during the holiday season is VERY UNACCEPTABLE..Do you just hire anyone who cant see during the Holidays? This is so upsetting, be glad I looked...NEXT DOOR AT AN ABANDONED HOUSE, WITH NO NUMBERS ON THE HOUSE..

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
