FedEx is very disappointing to me. My delivery dilemma began with the first schedule one on 12/12/2019. Three boxes from the same company as of 12/16 only box# 2 of 3 has been delivered. Box # 3 is scheduled for 12/17 and box#1 schedule pending. There are also two other separate orders due 12/13 and 12/14 which haven’t been delivered. What is insulting is that while on the phone with customer service assuring me that my packages are still in transit. My computers email says “Hi, Elizabeth we were unable to deliver...No Attempt made. The to add insult to injury I get an unable to enter/ delivery text will try again on Sunday 12/15. At 5pm security officer is still in front, after 5pm FedEx has my code to enter the building. I have sat everyday from AM until end of delivery time some days 8pm others 9pm from12/12 until today 12/16 in my wheelchair only to receive 1 package. Perhaps tomorrow 12/17 the other 4 will arrive. In the mean time UPS has delivered packages this week and they have ALL been on time and to my apartment door. In 2020 I will check all of my online stores as to who does their shipping. Any that do not use UPS or USPS I will not shop there. Your virtual assistant as is your tracking system is redundant. I am a senior citizen who disabled and relies on online shopping. This experience has caused me to rethink my consumer habits. I am sure all this will be looked upon as just one angry old senior citizen venting. Bare in mind how many of us use your company for shopping. Thank for your time.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
